Biography
Since 1995 Joe Davisson has served as an agent, broker or principle in the acquisition, disposition, improvement, and division of raw and improved land, and leasing of residential, commercial office, retail and industrial buildings. In the course of representing investors, businesses, homeowners, rural landowners, and landlords Joe has brokered transactions ranging from urban residential lots to corporate headquarters. This experience is the foundation on which Joe’s legal practice is built. The result is a practical perspective resulting in effective communication with clients, collaborative negotiation with colleagues, and efficient transaction management and execution.
